Who is Wedy Jones?
My name’s Wedy Jones, official reporter for Nippon Marathon.
I was born and raised in Brooklyn but my desire to be a Maiko brought me to Neo Jinko. Unfortunately things didn’t turn out as planned so now I’m a reporter for Nippon Broadcasting News.
It’s fun being a reporter I’m always on the move; from the bright lights of Kawasemi to the rolling rice paddies of Koma-Dori. I’m even fortunate enough to write a Travel Guide which features hints and tips about the world of Nippon Marathon. The only issue is a naughty Shiba Inu tore it apart and scattered the pages around the courses… What a nightmare!
Being the first to report the news is my priority if I want to win the “Uber Super Awesome Reporter Award”, so you’ll sometimes see me appear mid-race where I interview the contestants, normally with hilarious consequences. The crowd will then judge the answers so you better make them good if you want to be popular like me!
So that’s me in a pineapple but if you want to know more you can check out the twitter or keep an eye out for my blog posts with all things Nippon!
So that’s all for now folks,
I’ve been Wedy Jones.
Keep it Real, Keep it Nippon.
